    This is an authentic tasting hoi sin sauce and I prefer the jar to the bottle because it’s way easier to get the sauce out. I mostly use it for Mongolian lamb and Mongolian chicken and it gives it the nice taste and aroma. I also use it in smaller amounts added to other ingredients for stir fry sauces. It also keeps for ages in the fridge.

    I love that this Hoi Sin is spponable rather than a pour jar. It’s so much easier to use. The flavour of the hoisin is robust and not too sweet and definitely will add oomph and zest to sitrfrys.

    I love using this with a bit of garlic on pork chops. Under the grill keeps it from burning too much. Also great on chicken wings!

    I have a jar in the fridge and a spare in the pantry… I would hate to run out of this tasty, delicious sauce. I put it on schnitzels, fish cakes, in stir fries, on chicken wraps and sandwiches. It’s awesome with rice paper rolls too. Give it a go, it is utterly yum.
