We make a lot of stir fries and I find Kee Kum Kee makes an excellent range of Asian sauces. The Sichuan and Chilli Stir Fry sauce has a strong, spicy flavour which suits hubby to a tee. I think it is a little too hot but he loves it. A bowl of Sichuan and Chilli chicken stir fry over a bowl of steaming rice makes for a delicious healthy meal.
