I always add a dash of this to any Asian dishes I cook and it definitely gives the dish more flavour. But just remember a little goes a long way!

This keeps for ages and is good value. I use it in sauces for asian stir fries or sometimes marinades for the meat in stir fries. It tastes a little bit like sherry and gives the meal a nice taste.
I bought it time ago and I wasn’t impressed at all. I don’t think I will buy again. It has quite a strong taste that in my idea doesn’t enrich the food.
I use a lot of this in all sorts of cooking. Whether it be making a marinade for meats or fish, stock for soups and stir fry, Pandaroo Cooking Wine tastes great and has a balance of sweet and salty to enhance your Asian dishes.
