This is the sauce they use in our local vietnamese place I think (or very similar). I buy it and a little goes a long way. It is great with spring rolls, but I also use it as the sweetness in our satay sauce.

We like to have this on hand and ready to go when we cook spring rolls in the air fryer. It actually is also yum on dim sims and a little drizzled on a salad.

The product is fine but the new plastic lid doesn’t fit back on the bottle once opened. Not good for product hygiene or for a this sauce requires shaking prior to every use – MESSY. Would not buy again.
