We do like to eat food with a good amount of seasoning and full flavour and we like to use a variety of products to produce tasty food and meals for the family. Kaffir leaves are easy to purchase from our local stores and easy to use in our recipes.

I don’t know how many times I’ve been to the supermarket looking for fresh kafir lime leaves and not finding any. This was a great discovery, leaves in a jar. They are always on my shelf now!
