    Wai wai’s rice vermicelli noodles are exactly as you’d expect. I find it quite hard to cook noodles, these were no different. I was trying to make chop suey like my mum does but it didn’t quite turn out how she does it. She always uses these noodles so I know it works, I just need more practice.

    Love using these to whip a quick and healthy Vietnamese lunch or dinner like vermicelli noodle salad with lots of fresh herbs and chicken etc, or to put in to rice paper rolls. even yummy cooked up with a little bit of soy, ginger and garlic on them.
