This is a staple of Asian cooking and a little goes a long way. The opening of this bottle is quite small which helps with not pouring in too much. The bottle does get oily over time as little drips make their way down. The flavour is very good.

I have some in the pantry at the moment and I am finding that it is very strong and only a little bit is needed. Great staple for asian style cooking

Another staple in our household is sesame oil. Really subtle umami flavour. A little goes a long way. Add a few drops at the end of the cooking process.
