Yes we love Spam lite from using it in fried rice to frying it up for breakfast to have with eggs we also eat it with plain rice and so handy to have in the cupboard
Love this stuff!
I’m not really sure what the difference is between the normal one and this one in terms of taste as I find them to be the same but either way, I love spam!
It’s such an easy thing to prepare – you can make sandwiches, chop it up and put it in fried rice and also use it as a topping for your two minute noodles as you see at Asian cafes.
tried it and never again. even had it with veg and a kind of pasta sauce and with pasta. even with all those other things it did not taste good and it really cant be good for you surely.
ran out of dog food one night, so tried to feed them this as my brother had a few cans. they wouldnt even eat it and the cats turned their noses up at it too…
I cut this really thin and then fry it with no added fat or oil. It goes really crispy and tastes pretty much like bacon. I don’t eat it uncooked though. It’s just not my thing. It doesn’t taste any different to the non-light version.
Family has grown up with Spam and is good they have this light version as it contains less fat . The meat is always good to eat on its own and can be even be fried. Nice flavour and convenient .
