I’m actually a really big fan of spam! It’s so versatile. I use it in sandwiches, fried rice and omelettes.
It’s an easy snack to just fry and pop in any meal.
If you chop it up into smaller pieces and fry it for just that little bit longer, you can use them like bacon chips – so yummy!

I’m sure this would be liked by a number of people, but, unfortunately, it’s not for me. I didn’t like the taste or texture.
