I love using Ainsley’s spice cous cous as a base for my meat dishes. Usually I’ll use the cous cous as a base and place lamb slices on it. It is a delicious comfort food type of meal – very satisfying.

The blend of spices really make this dish standout. The cous cous is great as a side dish but add zucchini and other vegetables and if desired chorizo or other meats, this makes a sensational quick meal dressed to impress!

I love the majority of Ainsleys ready made cous cous, flavours! There so convenient as all the work is already done! You just have to pretty much boil and serve. I like this flavour, good spices, not hot, enjoyable side dish to meat or poultry.
