We use these for fishcakes sometimes and they are yummy. still prefer un-tinned salmon though. Sometimes they can be a bit expensive to but try and get them on special
I use this John West Salmon Red for making salmon mousse. Red salmon is much better than pink salmon. But red salmon is expensive than pink salmon, so we only buy when it’s on special.
