I loathe seafood in any form. But I have a kelpie with hip dysplasia and a luxating (sideways) left kneecap. Our physio recommended putting Sardines in her food to help support her joints. She loves them.

Quite a bit more expensive than the lesser known brands but very nice sardines. I usually buy when on sale and have on toast for lunch

I always go sardines in spring water as I don’t like them in oil. A healthier option and still very nice . eat raw or fry.

I buy these for my Dad because he absolutely loves them. He just eats them with bread and salad and I know they are full of nutrition for him. They are very affordable and great quality.
