This is an easy and quick snack, perfect for those who want to eat healthy as well. We love having this on crackers and rice cakes – amazing.

Being that it is salmon, i am guessing that this is a good way to get in some extra omega nutrients. The smoked flavour is probably not my favorite of the John West range, however it is good change.

I lov e this straight out of the tin on Cruskits. The oi in itl isn’t too overpowering.

Perfect for snacking on the go, I take one to work with me as I don’t get much time for lunch. They could make the snacking can just that bit bigger though..
