I love having smoked oysters in the pantry as I do smoked muscles and these are one of the brands that I enjoy with lemon or just in my salad. They are delicious and good for you!

I came across Riviana smoked oysters when they were on sale at Coles at such a great price. The oysters are smoky and are not dry and quite delicious that I went back and stocked up. The Riviana oysters are so versatile, I’ve had them with rice or on top of crackers and also made a salad with tomatoes and cucumber and a squeeze of lemon. They are a great alternative when you don’t feel like canned tuna
