I’m glad I’m over my aversion to these little guys, because they are a flavour hit in meals. Cooking them down they basically melt, and you’re left with umami flavours to die for. Russino are a quality choice.
You’ll always find these in my pantry! They are extra, extra salty! An acquired taste for sure! We’ve bed. Eating them for years and if you just break it up in really small pieces, it really compliment your meal!
Not everyone likes anchovies, but we love them – especially on home made pizzas. These anchovies are a little expensive, but a little goes a long way and they are delicious.
