We do like to eat plenty of fish because it is healthy and affordable and easy to add to recipes and tasty to eat. Salmon is tasty in many recipes with a good flavour.

This salmon is great to have with rice for lunch. It’s really yummy and easy to open too. I love the Safcol brand so it’s something i always look for.

Tinned salmon is a great alternative to tuna tins. High in protein and since its in spring water its low in calories. Yummy and no bones
