A thick and creamy soup that is going to delight a mushroom lover on a cold night. For me the mushroom was too intense, but hubby loved it.

I remember ny mum cooking with this mushroom soup as a kid and i always loved it. She used to poor it over chicken and cook in the oven for a quick dinner.

Love a good soup, and this one doesn’t let me down. Great on a cool day for a light and warming lunch. Or, I love using it in cooking, used it recently in a pulled beef dish, and my, it was wonderful. Also used in mince dishes and works so well. Becoming a favourite.

I find this flavour of Campbell’s soup only good for cooking. I have tried it on its own and it doesn’t have a great flavour.

I use this as a lot of meal bases as its full if flavor and nice and creamy. I do add some red spices or tomatoes to it as the color tends to put me off more than anything

Mushrooms go in so many of our dishes at home especially fettuccine. I used to use the condensed cream of chicken in the making of my fettuccine sauce, but tried this once as a change to compliment my mushrooms , and it really did make a huge flavour difference. So delicious even just adding cream, mushroom, onion and garlic to make a mushroom sauce in minutes!

I love mushrooms almost any way though this soup doesn’t take my fancy, once I left it cold and found it to be horrible tasting

Campbell’s Canned Cream of Mushroom Soup is my all rounder soup and I use it in many of my recipes. It is good for thickening up and seasoning many of my recipes. I always have this soup in stock in my pantry. It has a good individual taste as a soup and is good in all of my recipes – tasty and a good savoury soup/recipe filler.

I used to sometimes serve Campbell’s Canned Soup Cream Of Mushroom as an entree and I don’t think anyone ever guessed it was canned soup. It is just as good, if not better than, home made.
