I love this soup. Very convenient and really quick to heat up. I add extras to make it more authentic, a little roast beef some bean sprouts & a sprinkling of coriander & voila it’s like you’re in Vietnam

This was my first experience with Pho and I really loved it. The ingredients tasted really delicious together and it was ‘westernized’ enough for me to want to branch out. All the ingredients are held together well and taste amazing
