    John West’s tuna in spring water is absolutely yummy and we eat a lot of it in the summer months when cooking is just too hot. The quality and flavour of the tuna is always excellent and it is very versatile whether in wraps, sandwiches, flaked in salads, or added to pasta bakes.

    This tuna is perfect to take with you as a lunch on the go with a salad and a roll. It has a very easy to use pull top lid so this makes it easy to drain off the spring water. The tuna has a beautiful taste. I use it in lots of recipes from fish cakes to salads and sandwiches. Tossed through different pasta dishes also works well. The tuna sections break up nicely.
