I am totally addicted to this flavour of Tuna at the moment. A tub of warmed rice, this tuna, some cherry tomatoes, avocado and baby spinach and I have a quick and healthy lunch.

This John West Zesty Vinaigarette is my favourite tuna of all time. I eat it straight from the can and it never makes it to my wraps. Great quick lunch at work with fresh salad

Great tuna is what you can expect from john west. Nice and chunky unlike other brands which can be mushy. Great on top of salads with dressing included

John West is a tuna of choice when we buy tuna on shopping day. John West provides a tuna that looks good and tastes good too. A tuna with a lot of all round flavour.

I love tuna in a variety of dishes from tuna pasta bakes, to tuna patties, but this can with the zesty vinaigrette is perfect just on it’s own as a sandwich. Lots of flavour and a good sized serving.

John West does delicious tuna combinations and this one is a favourite big mine! I love adding it to my ryvita for a wholesome lunch on the go!

I am not incredibly fond of tuna, but the john west zesty vinaigrette is very tasty and is an enjoyable light snack to have on it’s own or on crackers

This is the perfect snack to keep in my draw at work. Keeping it healthy but still tasty is easy this way.
