I really like the beans and the capsicum mixed with the John West tuna. I take it to work for lunch every other day and enjoy it on crackers.

I mixed John West Tuna with Roast Capsicum & 3 Beans with a cup of cooked rice, added freshly squeezed lime and chopped coriander – which made for a quick and nutritious lunch option. It is also great mixed with salad greens and made into a wrap or served over warm pasta. The options are endless.

These rate a 10 on my favourite meal list. I love seafood and beans of kind, so the John West Roast Tuna with Roast Capsicum and 3 Beans are always in my pantry cupboard on standby. I can create a variety of dishes – mix with my salad, pasta dishes, and also in my stuffed potatoes. Rich in omega-3 and high in protein. They are ready to eat at anytime, which is fantastic. The aroma is enticing like most John West products.

So delicious and easy to eat with no preparation. A healthy snack especially when your breastfeeding. The roast capsicum and 3 Beans compliment the taste of the tuna. I highly recommend this John West product.

I love these for lunch. Super easy and comes with a fork. I sometimes mix these with brown rice and some greated cheese for a bit of a burrito bowl.
