Love Rice Bran Oil, it has just that slight flavour. A beautiful oil for all those requirements. Originally referred to this oil by my dietitian for it’s health benefits. It is said that after cooking your steak to put just a small amount of Rice Bran oil on it, let it sig slightly, and it absorbs the cholesterol from the meat. This size can of oil is a great buy, plus no sunlight affecting it either.
We use this for all types of cooking. I use it in baking recipes that call for oil. I find it’s a nice subtle flavour and a good alternative to vegetable oil in mud cakes
