I love adding this tasty oil to beaten eggs then cooking it like a big pancake rolling it up and chopping it up to add to a stir fry or fried rice. Very tastey.

If you want to make it true chinese, use Chang’s Sesame Oil, it smells wonderful as soon as it hits the pan. Add it to everything, fried rice, stir frys – it only needs such a small amount, and it goes a long way, so the price works out well, with the usage from the bottle. AND the taste – WOW!!

I have been using this sesame oil for years to add to about 3 or 4 of my regular stir fry dishes and it adds a really distinctive flavour. It tastes sort of nutty and although it’s a little pricey it’s worth it and you don’t need a lot.

Love sesame oil in cooking and soup dishes it makes it taste authentic and yum it just has a really nice flavou that i enjoy and i cant say anything bad about it…

Oh my. I started using this in my stir fry’s and the flavour it imparts is sublime. Just the best. This speaks quality and is worth the cost as it makes the stir frys mega-delicious.

I think Chang’s Sesame Oil is really high quality sesame oil. I like to make dressing, and also drop to finish stir fry. Sesame oil is little bit strong if you use too much, so you just need couple of drops. It change the flavour a lot.

Chang’s sesame oil is always in our fridge to mix up authentic asian dressings. It’s a little expensive but as we never cook with it, it goes a long way. We never apply heat to this oil and it adds a beautiful flavour to asian salad dressings which would be spoiled by substitutes.
