    I’m not overly keen on sweet sticky cakes, but these aren’t too bad. The chocolate and sponge work well together for a light treat!

    I started eating these mini battenbergs when I lived in Holland. They are quite sweet, but the combination of sponge, chocolate and marzipan is really delicious.
