    Being dried, these will last a very long time in your cupboard. Soak overnight before use then add to soups stews casseroles. I also blend them up to bulk up meat patties and meat balls. Added fibre and goodness

    The dried beans are EXCELLENT value for money and health. Without the additives of canned beans you can be confident that you are getting a pure product. No salt or hidden sugar here. They can be stored so easily for months and, unlike a can, you can use any amount per meal, from a handful to the whole packet. I like to soak them the night before since I think it speeds cooking time.
