This is the only polenta I will buy. I have tried several other brands as well as my friend’s nonna’s polenta, and nothing beats this brand of polenta. It is so creamy, light and fluffy and takes hardly any time to cook at all – under 5 mins. I cook mine with water, salt and some olive oil.

I think polenta is underated! I love making polenta chips and slices! It has a unique taste that some people may think bland but I love it!!
