Fantastic sauerkraut to add to my meals. I love the taste but can’t eat too often as is leaves me a little (sorry got TMI) gassy.

Add a little of this every few days to a meal so that my gut bacteria can flourish. Very nice and treat value. International section of coles if you’re looking for it
