This cake is a winner .As someone who has regularly entered National Agricultural Society shows and regularly taken out First Prizes in various cookery sections , I honestly believe you could enter this product and win ! It is a stunner ! A highlight of the day not only for coeliacs but everybody else as well. Its very easy to make and the creamy texture and delicious flavour of the cake combines beautifully with the excellent icing.This cake will become an Australian Icon !!
