a fantastic breakfast or snack, so very refreshing and lovely chilled on hot days. I love how nutricious it is, makes me feel strong and full of energy

I don’t mind the texture of this but for the price I’d rather make my own as they are SK simple and you can control the sugar

Not sure if chia seed snacks should feel this odd but I didn’t love the texture and the favouring, although ok, did nothing to help.

I was really excited when I saw these as i love chia pudding but always forget to make it in advance. I was unfortunately left very disappointed and hungry and the chia pod was left in the bin

I have only bought these a few times when they have been on special as they are quite expensive. They are very delicious and quite filling so a fabulous snack on the go or a super quick breakfast. I prefer to make my own though as it is not hard and then I can manage the flavour and sugar ratios. I would buy it again though.
