Although I liked the idea of these healthy snacks, when I looked at the sugar content there is a whopping amount in each bar (and they are small bars!). In terms of a healthy snack, it’s definitely healthier than McDonalds but there is a lot of sugar in there. You would have to be careful that your child didn’t have any other sugar for the day otherwise they’ve exceeded the daily recommended amount of sugar.

I love these products, my kids like them sometimes. They area great “healthier” snack and they are small but filling and the apple rumble has a lot of flavour.

Filling and tasty…… BUT all the different flavours in this range contain nuts. I was excited to have them for school snacks but as they have nuts as an ingredient (not just traces of) I cannot send them off to school at all. Was also very disappointed to see they are made in THAILAND! This is not environmentally sustainable at all.
