I find fresh ginger always goes off before i have a chance to use it all so this is a fantastic alternative i definitely recommend.

Galiko all natural ginger is a must-have in our fridge. It’s beautifully fresh, aromatic and minced to the perfect size for all our recipes. Wish it were more readily available though.

I prefer to buy my ginger in a jar, not a tube. I find it stays fresher for way longer which is why I get Galiko minced ginger. It’s a nice natural ginger, minced finely and lasts forever. Lovely flavour.
