Such a simple yet convienient addition to baking and cooking. Still nice and fresh but without the need to grate you’re own and less waste too

My husband is a great fan of the lightly dried ginger. he loves having ginger in almost everything. i have bought this twice now and tastes great.

I bought this once thinking it would go nicely in my crumble for fruit crumble. I was right, it adds a dimension of yumminess. But not something I buy all the time

I used this for prawn in cream next to rice and it was a great add to it ,not too much though because it is strong
