I think Gourmet Garden;s garlic paste is very convenient to have on hand for most of my dishes and the quality is quite good. It’s not as good as using fresh cloves of garlic but works well as a substitute.

Garlic is eaten a lot in this household, we like to eat it many forms which includes in paste form. This garlic paste is easy to use and perfect in Italian and Asian recipes.

I used to get this when I ran out of fresh or frozen garlic but now I have found a cheaper alternative that I like to buy

Gourmet Garden paste garlic is handy to have at home when busy and time is short, a good quick option to using garlic.So very handy!

I’m not a fan of this garlic, it taste like that cheap Chinese garlic that doesn’t taste like garlic and the taste is just horrible.
and the ingredients that are in it, I will never buy it again
