Cardamon is such a good product to use in cooking and Hoyts have affordable and good cardamon pods that are so easy to use in all of my recipes that need cardamon pods.

These cardomon pods add a great flavour the currys. They are incredibly strong however so i dont recommend eating them if you happen to leave it in the curry.

I use cardamom in my tea, coffee and food an these Caramom pods enhances the flavour of the dish. They are fresh and not dry from inside, few is enough to get the taste and smell. One packet lasts long. I would buy it again.

Nothing beats adding some cardamon seeds to a lebanese coffee blend you just crush them an add to a pot of coffee grind and makes for a better finishing taste
