Love this cinnamon to use in savoury cooking such as curtys and casseroles. Gives a nice flavour without being overpowering which cinnamon can easiey do

Love these cinnamon sticks. When cooking with them they hold their form and make them easy to pick out if required yet they deliver on the taste front. The Cinnamon is really noticeable but not over powering when using these Hoyts sticks.
