I love to marinate chicken fillets in this spice mixed with garlic, olive oil and salt for a few hours or overnight. Then make skewers and serve with pittas, salad and tziki dip.
I first started using harissa spices on my fried rice and some of my indian dishes and found that the flavour was really intense and delicious. I have continued to buy Masterfoods dried harissa because it’s one of the best blend of spices I’ve come across.
