I used to use this a lot. It smells and tastes exactly like mashed parsley with nothing added. Great in dishes that call for dried parsley as it has a lot more flavour but if you want to see the parsley when you taste it then go fresh.

When these Pastes appeared in the shop, I didn’t understand why. But, quickly learn how handy they can be. The paste has perfect parsley taste, great to mix with salads, or in that cooking dish also. Very handy to have in the fridge.

The parsley paste is quick and easy to use, and I find I prefer it to dried parsley in a lit of recipes. A great product o have in the fridge.

I use a lot of herbs and spices in my cooking and I use a lot of parsley. I use parsley in a variety of forms including in Garden Gourmet paste form – delicious!
