Saffron is such a good product to use in my cooking and I love to buy Hoyts saffron because it is so incredibly affordable and good in recipes.

I purchased this on a spur of the moment and was a little disappointed. Definitely didn’t taste like the real thing and I won’t purchase again

Real saffron costs a lot – it’s more expensive than gold by weight. But you don’t need much to make it work and real saffron is amazing. This product is no where near as good as the real thing but it’s okay.

We make chinese fried rice with hoyts saffron powder just add a pinch to some wisked eggs and it adds an authentic colour to your eggs and overall dish

I avoid saffron as it’s usually a very exxy spice. Then I found this powder. It’s exactly what it says on the packet ‘imitation’ and not a very good one So I still won’t be using much saffron
