Has a nice flavour but is a bit mild for us. To really taste it you need a huge amount but mix it with a few other spices and it is a great base for a good flavour.

I find this adds a delicious element to a roast chicken. Sprinkled on the skin, the skin cooks up nice and crisp, there’s arguments over who gets the skin. It really is yummy
