I add this to the flour with paprika and garlic salt when doing buttermilk chicken it gives the chicken a nice flavour even though it sais steak it is good on any meat.
Absolutely love love this seasoning. On steak, in savoury mince, spritzed over a roast beef. It is salty and flavoursome with a tiny bit of kick. Great value because a little goes a long way!
