A great addition to lots of recipes ot even to just throw in baked and Italian style dishes just for some extra flavour. Very nice

I discovered my mother in law uses this in her beef rissoles.. it took awhile to get it out of her but there is no turning back now! I use it all the time and have even started adding it to omelettes and stews!

We use tarragon only once in a while, and this ar seems to hold it’s freshness for a decent length of time. It’s good quality and tastes good.

The dry version compared to fresh to us tastes like cardboard and we have no use for that in our style of cooking don’t reccomend
