  • Great brand

Love the authentic rich flavours this paste has – disappeared from shelves for a while, when it reappeared, stock up with 2 jars – 1 for pantry and 1 for fridge. Great to make a mince keema curry.

  • Great curry

This curry paste is really simple to make and delicious tasting. Love how full of flavour and spice it is. Tastes high quality and pretty fresh too. Really good.

  • Not one for the kids unless they like it hot

    5 out of 5

This Madras curry paste is definitely only for those who like it hot. I always start this Madras off with brown onion and butter or ghee, I cook the onions until they are deep brown and soft. I then add the paste and fry off for two minutes with the onions, add chicken thigh or beef strips, brown, add tomatoes (fresh or tin). If you want a sweet taste you can add chopped pineapple. Serve with rice.

This Madras curry paste is so authentic! It is deep and rich with an incredible blend of spices that make it one of my favourites. You really need beef with this to compliment it.

  • Always found in my pantry

Such a great depth of full flavour for a jarred product. Makes really lovely curries. Add more or less depending on your taste and heat preferences. Always economical to buy
