We love to use this Caramelised Onion & Red Wine simmer sauce with juicy cuts of beef. Slow cooked in a casserole with plenty of root vegetables, it makes a rich and filling meal with perfect results every time!

I tried this for the first time the other day – I hadn’t seen it before that. It really is a great flavour combination (sound delish too). Great with red meat.
