I do love to buy Ayam sauces because of the flavour and also because of the size of the bottles. They are good for stacking on the sauce shelf and easy to identify and use. Terrific tasting sauces.

I use this occasionally when I can’t be bothered making a sauce from scratch, I usually dice pork scotch fillet and fry it up with some carrots and onions, then I just add the sauce and serve it all with rice. I find I don’t need to add anything else for flavour and our Punks demolish their dinner every time and ask for seconds!

Ayam Plum Sauce is a delicious marinade to add to any pork dish. I use it on pork spare ribs on the BBQ and it tastes great. A nice plum flavour without being to sweet.
