I love these chick peas – they are very healthy, filling, and economic. I will usually drain them and add them to frying onion and capsicums. As they are cooking I add lots of spices – so so good.

We use Cortas canned beans cava chickpeas to make hummus and I reckon it makes all the difference its easy to use and tastes great
