I have a couple or pans that arnt 100% non stick so a quick spray of this and we are set for less mess. I do recommend

I use this spray daily and have for years. Good quality brand at a reasonable price. I dont use it in my good non stick fry pans because it leaves a residue but on everything else its my go to. I make homemade sausage rolls alot and they always stick if i dont use this spray directly on the bottom of each roll.
