I would prefer to make my own bechamel any day. Points only for convenience. This tasted artificial and even when the lasagna was cooked, you could tell the bechamel was store bought.

This was tasty and easier than making it myself and having to wash graters and saucepans etc. I wouldn’t use it all the time, but handy for a quicker turnaround on a lasagne or pasta bake.
