Would not buy this product
I would prefer to make my own carbonara sauce as it doesn’t take much time and is very easy

Appalling. Had three goes at it and it was rubbish each time. Trying to find simple quick things the kids can do themselves. But gee, it’s gotta be edible…

I personally didn’t like the taste but my kids loved it I added some extra cheese and with leftovers we make pasta bake the next night.

This is great for the midweek meal when you don’t feel like making a sauce from scratch. Super easy – just pour over cooked pasta.

Admittedly it is either super difficult to find anything off the shelf that does proper carbonara justice, and Dolmio’s carbonara sauce is an example. Its good as a cream sauce for pasta, but its not carbonara. Closer to a bosciola sauce

This is my guilt food of the week. I seem to have dominos carbonara pasta every Sunday night to start my week of on a high . It’s not only filling its mouth watering and heated up the next day for work is even a better taste.

A nice creamy base but I always add more flavour like oregano and garlic. Otherwise a nice in expensive base for pasta or chicken meals

I use this as a base sauce for alot of recipes. I make homemade pasta and this sauce goes great with it when i cannot be bothered making sauce. It definetly needs more flavour so i pack it full of garlic and whatever else i have at the time.

This one is a nice base for pasta but really needs something else added. I find some cheese or nutritional yeast tops it off. Always on sale so never pah full price

This is delicious, it’s perfect for when I don’t want to make the sauce from scratch and just want a easy lazy dinner.
it’s a family favorite and we love the flavour but I do add a slight bit more cheese to the sauce

I recently decided to use this in my Tuna bake as the tuna bake sauce has an ingredient I cant tolerate in it. I actually prefer it to classic tuna bake sauce. Its delicious. Im not much of a make from scratch mum unless its sweet so I rely on these sauces to taste good enough to pass 3 fussy kids. Job done. Last time I baked some crushed pineapple and bread crumbs over the top and it was polished off before I could even go for seconds.
