It doesn’t seem to skimp on flavour and is nice even just spread on top of a nice piece of sourdough or a dollop stirred through pasta.

I use this pesto spread on a baguette topped with tomatoes, olives, tuna and cheese then grilled and it’s delicious. The rest of the jar gets used spread in sandwiches and it keeps well in the fridge for about a month.

OK, so this is yum. The only way pesto gets any better is if it is home made. This JO pesto is amazing on salads, as a substitute for gravy, and also stirred through pasta for a quick cannot be bothered cooking meal.. YUM
