Mostly importantly.. it tastes great! I’m not a huge fan of some of the ingredients and wish it was gmo free however with some love cooking and adding more healthy ingredients I think you can come to a reasonably nutritious balance. I use organic pasta, then add 4 bean mix, lentils, turmeric, garlic, paprika, chili and basil to make it even more healthy. Top with cheese pop in the oven but don’t go too overboard with cheese to keep it healthier. A delicious nutritious meal in under half an hour the whole family will enjoy.

I love to keep a jar of this pasta bake on hand for nights when I’m time poor. So quick and easy with minimal mess. It’s a win for sure. My son loves it.
